IOI Corporation Berhad (IOI)’s continuous efforts in talent management and leadership development have led us to clinch a silver award for Excellence in Leadership Development at the 10th HR Excellence Awards (HREA) 2022, Malaysia.
IOI Head of Human Resource (HR) Molly Tam (center) received the award from one of the judges during a gala dinner attended by more than 500 HR leaders on 14 October 2022 at Hilton Kuala Lumpur.
The HR Excellence Awards is the region’s prestigious HR programme which honours distinguished organisations within Malaysia - of those with exceptional employee management programmes and progressive human capital strategy planning. This award was given based on assessing HR functions ranging from recruitment, employee engagement, leadership development, retention and more.
