Sagil Estate started a small-scale cultivation of avocado (persea americana) trees in 2000, which are expected to bear fruit in 2024 and 2025. An average avocado weighs around 150 g; and is sold based on the weight. In Malaysia, there are many avocado varieties such as A7, A10 and A25, but Sagil Estate is currently cultivating the A25 avocado, which is highly nutritious, healthy and full of antioxidants.
